Memory Maker
Introduction
Memory Maker is now included free of charge with all adult Disney’s Ultimate Tickets.
What is memory maker?
Memory Maker/Photo Pass is a service Disney offers to visitors wanting photographs of their magical experience, it also enables all members of the party to be included, no one is left out. Photos are available from selected attractions, character meeting spots, character dining and other iconic locations such as Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom, Spaceship Earth in Epcot and The Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom.
How do I use memory maker?
- Create an account for My Disney Experience or login with an existing account:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/en_GB/plan/ - Once logged in you will need to add your Walt Disney World tickets to your account for memory maker to be activated then add other members of your party to your Family & Friends list to allow all party members to share photographs
- Download the My Disney Experience app to your Phone/Tablet (available for Apple & Android Devices)
- Visit any of the parks, have your photo taken on a ride or at another experience and present the photographer/kiosk/machine with your Magicband or Park Ticket and shortly afterwards your photos will appear in the My Disney Experience App (Disney World) and on the My Disney Experience website ready to be viewed and downloaded. Selected attractions use long-range RFID scanners to detect Magic Bands and store photos taken automatically on to the riders account.
Are there any limits?
Unlimited photos can be taken and stored in your My Disney Experience account but please note photos/videos are stored in your My Disney Experience account for 45 days from the date the picture was taken, after this time the content is removed. I would suggest downloading all photos/videos on to your Phone/PC/Tablet as soon as possible to ensure you do not lose any content.
