Solo Trip – Sunday – Day 2

Weather was a bit hit and miss today with the rain so had a leisurely morning followed by a trip to Disney Springs to do some shopping.

Later on I went to Animal Kingdom to browse round the new Pandora area whilst waiting for my FastPass on Navi River Journey, photos below.

My evening meal for today was from the Yak and Yeti Cafe in Animal Kingdom. I chose the Honey Chicken with white rice, carrots and peas, it was very filling and tasty.

After this I went on Expedition Everest, twice and Dinosaur once.

My evening concluded with a spectacular showing of Rivers of Light, simply amazing, loved every minute of it, so much I plan to get another showing in before I return home, a selection of photos can be seen below.

When I reached my hotel I felt a little peckish so treated myself to a jumbo slice of cheese pizza, it was very good and filled me up nicely to conclude my day.
